Edward Ross - Co-writer / Illustrator
Edward Ross is a comic artist based in Edinburgh. His graphic novels Filmish: A Graphic Journey Through Film and Gamish: A Graphic History of Gaming are fun and illuminating guides to popular media. His most recent book is Graphic Novel Builder, a guide for kids aged 11+ who want to make their own comics.
He has co-written and illustrated science comics for a number of clients, including Wellcome Centre for Integrative Parasitology and Scottish Centre for Regenerative Medicine.
Dr. Jamie Hall - Co-writer / Science Advisor
Jamie Hall is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Evolution, Ecology and Behaviour in the Institute of Infection, Veterinary and Ecological Sciences at the University of Liverpool. He’s been writing science comics with Edward since 2010 and their first collaboration, “Parasites!”.
He’s interested in how microbes evolve.
